A Is A Company Incorparated In Canada. It Operates A Large Nuclear Power Station In Canada?
Posted by China Sourcing CommentatorNov 5
The energy A produces is used to produce power for the capital city of Canada. There are allegations that A is not conforming to the international safety standards (Note that you need not research these as their content is not relevant in human rights terms for this question). In particular, an environmental NGO report has indicated that radiation exposure for employees exceed the international standards. Canada commissions its own report which reaches similar conclusions and suggests that Canadian employees are particularly exposed to radiation, nationals of other countries are employed in positions with minimal, if any, exposure. Nevertheless, R continues to permit A to operate in the nuclear power station and employ Canadian citizens. In response to questions from the Human Rights Committee, Canada states that it is investigating alternative sources of energy and alternative companies who could operate the nuclear power station in accordance with safety standard.

what did you wanna know? al nuclear station in canada are owned by the government of canada
Sorry, clearly no grounds for a suit. No damages alleged. Moreover, the possibility of negligence has not been proven, merely alleged. Aforementioned environmental NGO could have jimmied the facts to conform to its own agenda.
