- In Sourcing, we help clients build and manage supply chains in China and abroad – for machinery, components or raw materials. We research and identify qualified suppliers, organize tenders, and request and analyze quotations. We also assist clients in negotiating favourable commercial terms, overseeing contract execution and coordinating communications and logistics in the supply chain.
- In Strategy, we help clients enter new markets, expand existing markets, develop and implement new strategies, and better understand their customer base and competitive environment through research and analysis.
- And in Investment, we facilitate funding and partnership deals between Chinese and overseas companies. For example, we assist Chinese mining companies to bid for overseas assets or to find joint venture partners.
In terms of industry experience, we are most proficient in Consumer Electronics, baby items,Toys,Gifts,Hookah,shisha,kids books,sports products, and automotive components.

We have a multinational team of 10 people with MA or MBA degrees, and Economics, Business or Engineering degrees from top Chinese and international universities.
