i’d say not yet. they’re going to go full out until after the olympics are finished, in order to show the world that they’re a first rate, highly developed modern nation. even if there are reasons for the economy to cool, i believe the state planners will keep it hot, regardless of the cost. when in doubt, just look at the construction still taking place throughout the country.
