Does The Glass From Street Lamps Need To Be Replaced After It Gets Darker?
Posted by China Sourcing CommentatorFeb 28
Street lamps become dark and yellowish after a while. I think it’s mostly on the inside, but I’m not sure. Is there a way to clean them so that they look new again or they need to be replaced?

Nope, that is just good old pollution that forms because of the heat exchange from the light bulb and the outside air.
Vinegar should clean it off. If that does not work then a spray can of brake cleaner will remove it. Watch out brake cleaner is flammable!! Read and observe safety precautions.
If it is glass yes if it is plastic it will be harder to clean and the tint wont come out.
