How Do I Replace Leds For Coralife Lamps And Where Do I Get The Bulbs?

I have had 36″ Coralife lamps, with daylight, monnlight, and LEDs, for about 6 months on my 75 gallon corner tank The LED bulbs quit. I can’t figure out how to remove/replace them.
