If the government has started outsourcing police jobs, hiring foreign mercs to do them, it means that the government is sponsoring an anti-American fifth column in law enforcement.

You can’t outsource a Cop. HI I need police…..Just one day sir we’ll send someone from India. Really, I think that outsourcing the positions that people in the force do not want to do can be a good thing.
I don’t think you could possibly outsource that sort of job. Sure you can send, customer service, telemarketers, and manufacturing…. all low skilled jobs to foreign coutries. Most people don’t want those jobs anyway. America is becoming, and already is in many ways a country requiring specialization in employment.

There is very little that will be outsourced, at least in my opinion. For instance, you need police on the street and at the scene of various incidences. That cannot be outsourced.
However, jobs such as dispatch, and other issue that can be attempted via remote means can be outsourced.
Are you talking about a third party/contract workers or sending the jobs overseas?
If you are talking about thrd party/contract workers, virtually any of these jobs could be handled by a Manpower type agency.
This sheds a whole new light on the “rent a cop” idea! Bad news.
You want people in law enforcement that are committed to the police force itself. They need to act as a team. By using contract workers, that eliminates that teamwork which is essential in effective law enforcement.
Contract workers typically are paid less and have less benefits than permanent employees. The loyalty would not be there on either side. This would cause dissatisfaction with the jobs and the perception of our police force is bad enough now. Imagine what it would be with a “rent a cop” stopping a minority speeder. It can only deteriorate police/minority relations.
