http://www.bigboxstore.com is not a Chinese company, but a western company with an operations- base situated in Southern China. I read their website to find out why they were based there – and they said because most of their partners – being manufacturers were based there and this made the logistics operations more efficient. I know of several other Chinese companies operating similar businesses – but they are a BIG mess and WAY too risky for me to deal with – so finally having a western company handling local Chinese Operations is a great relief for me. There is no way I will return to those other companies!
