economy is capitalist with some protection of labor
politics is totalitarian (only one party)
social is getting liberated too.
West side policy and economy under the therm “totalitarism” consider every system wich don’t give chance to the western (capitalistic) companies to restore their business and pick up money earned with this business and take this money from state with “totalitary” system in their domicile states. And this is the key of the west side definition of the “totalitarism”. All other speech about human rights, repression e.t.c are just “empty stories”, the key therm is “money”. Just analyse situation with China, Cuba, N. Korea and you’ll understand meaning of the western definition of “totalitarism”. Best Regards and veradisca! Neven.
I recently did a paper on China/US structure of goverment and economic policies. Some fairly unexpected answers seem to materialize. China is using a mixed approach to the gloabl economy. Their Airlines are private ventures but they have state-factorys still functioning. This was confirmed with Dr. Kruth Dept Head of Economics at McNeese State University. There’s irony though, we think of Tienamen (poorly spelled) Square as a way of the Chinese seeking Democracy. It was actaully a protest not of seeking democracy, but rather; of the goverment’s slow conversion to privatizing industry.Workers who once bought into the idea of working for the State and “We’ll take car of you” is changing to: “We dont’ really want to take care of you, so figure it out for yourself”
