In the media/internet it says that you are only allowed to have 1 child, but when i went to Shenzhen for a day i saw many couples with either 2 or 3 children and someone who i was staying with who is English but has lived in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years and goes over to China every few weeks says that it is normal.
