Should Japan Be More Compared To Europe Or Compared To China When It Comes To Economy?

If it has to be one or the other, then definitely. Europe.
China is communist. Japan is not. China has a very large agricultural sector and is mostly self-sufficient when it comes to raw materials, while Japan has to important most of their food and resources. Japan specializes in technology and high-end products; Japanese companies outsource their manufacturing and basic labor to other countries. China has comparatively little original development and capital; it provides the labor and manufacturing for countries like Japan. China has a huge population with little money to spend per capita, while Japan has a small population with more wealthy individuals.
Japan is not totally similar to Europe, but it`s much more like Europe than it is like China. Like some European countries, Japan has relatively high taxes and spends a lot on social services. There`s a huge variety among European countries, though, and Japan is more like some of them than others.

No country wants to be compared with China.
China is still rejecting to adopt floating exchange rate for its currency despite its huge foreign exchange reserves. This fact alone proves that China is not a fair player in world economy.
Chinese economy is not based on the same rules as that of Europe, US and Japan.
Not only in economy, China is cheating most of international rules, including environment protection, human rights, freedom of the press.
Who wants to be compared with China? Everything Chinese communist government does is filthy and sick!
Why would you compare them? If you must than you cannot generalize Europe as an economy as the EU has lost much strength in the past few years. If I was to compare it to any other country I would compare it to Korea, if it must be in Europe then France. It is very different from China in terms of regulation and taxes. (China has relatively low taxes)
I’d say China, in terms of its success and work ethic, but Europe in capitalism.
More in line with Europe. China and Japan are nowhere the same.
ya… china is full of fake!
