Globalization has created a new definition in the last 10 years. We can now define globalization as the supply of products and components from fast developed economics. The most popular of these is China. Sourcing in China is in the minds of most companies in the West, for reasons that are well known.
Sourcing China Low cost
The first reason why Western companies are attracted to the Chinese market is the low cost products and components. The benefits are there for both markets. Many companies around the world have established their own sourcing offices in China to implement their strategies at low cost. The main reason that caused this change of trend is that the rapidly developing economies such as China has shown the world that are capable of producing world class products and components at a price that is much less than the money market economies have already developed. The only obstacle is that companies have faced a shortage of qualified Chinese suppliers.
China Sourcing for Innovation
The first reason has always been the low cost producers in China contributed to Chinese markets. And it was also the first engine of most companies. But as the China Sourcing maturation, so did Chinese suppliers . Little by little, the design was developed in China, almost all types of industries, be it consumer electronics, IT companies, and various other instruments.
Thus we can conclude that international trade was disrupted twice by the wave of sourcing in China. The first wave was the one who has the company for the Chinese markets to implement their strategies at low cost. The first group developed the basic components and China wholesale products worldwide. And then, another blow came in the second wave of sourcing in China. This was an innovation that has brought to the public a range of innovative products at an incredible price. And so with the double blow of its sourcing in China has had a lasting impression on the international markets over the last decade of globalization.
