They would go broke and shut up.
They would lose their #1 export product and its not a matter of “if” its a matter of when. Oil like everything is finite sooner or later they will run out.
Then all the countries that didn’t plan for the future (Saudi Arabia) are screwed. Others, that did plan ahead (UAE) will probably be okay.
Wouldn’t matter everything that creates carbon emissions will be outlawed by then.
There would still be arab/ israeli conflict. That has nothin to do with oil.
They’d rustle up some more dinosaurs
