I’m planning on opening a pizzeria in China, but having a difficult time locating suppliers for: Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sandwich meats, tomato puree or sauce, etc. I would appreciate any help.

Do not too worried about these metrials suppliers problems.As i know,china has not only a few but a lot of restaurants and cafes running by foreigners,espiecally in big mordern city like Beijing,shanghai,guangzhou,hangzhou. young china people like to visit this shops to show how fashion they are,and doing apointment there.Also some of them like to eat Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sandwich meats, tomato puree or sauce,blueberry juice,green salad
lettuce,beaf steak,etc.. I think you have at least 3 ways to get your problems,1. visit other citys pizzeria helder to ask their experience if you are at china now youself 2.go to the suppermarkets like Wal-Mart , Carrefour, hua lian to find them.3. contact me to help you,i know how to teach with wholesale suppliers.but i am not totally free, i am freelancer,i can help you to finish this job but need to be rewards

You may want to consider that if you can’t find pepperoni or sandwich meats, it may not be the best choice in a topping. Make your own Mozzarella. If you can’t find tomato sauce, you are in wrong business.
dont trust any business in china they will promise you the moon and rob you of your money. speaking from experience, unless you make a trip there yourself to make the deal don’t do it!!!
