   my top three places
   1 Dalian – although my gf is from Dalian and is like a bar of chocolate^^
   2 Shanghai
   3 Hangzhou
   Places vary but normally remember these two main reasons when looking for white skinned people in China. FIRST in western and southern China you can normally find darker skinned girls(people) because in the west they have a higher elevation so they are closer to the sun. In the south obviously summer is longer and he sun is out more so skin has more chance to be darker. Best place for white people: north China and along the coast. SECOND people in the cities have much whiter skin than in the countryside. Men and women who live in the countryside work in the countryside so they are outside getting their skin darker. Best place for white people: Cities would be better places to find white girls because people in cities are richer and can afford white skin cosmetics (more available too), and people don’t work outside like you see in the countryside.

   A lot of city girls like to bleach their skin now so many have become light skin. Traditionally the girls who live in the coastal area between Zhejiang Province up to Qingdao, ie east coast, have lightest skin because a lot of their ancestors were already rich city dwellers and well educated, and did not have to farm.

   They all like to be white, it is a sign of good life and health, so they shelter from the suns rays as much as possible!
   Being seen tanned shows you are a poor labourer, working all day in the fields (or similar)

   I haven’t been to many places in China, but I found a lot of the area near Hong Kong call Shenzhen had pretty light skin. Some of them were whiter than I am which is pretty rare.

   Normally in places where the sun isnt that bright and hot ie in the far north.

   People in Canton are pretty light skinned…
